In the Ontario Bar Assocation (OBA) Continuing Legal Education Program "Righting Wills IV: Essential Tips for Practitioners" on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 I delivered a presentation on "Bequests in Wills to Charities: Avoiding Legal and Ethical Problems when Supporting Good Causes".
