Blumberg Segal LLP assists lenders and mortgage brokers in regard to compliance and regulatory issues related to the Ontario Mortgage Brokers Act. Blumberg Segal LLP has represented clients before the Financial Services Commission (FSCO) in Ontario.

Blumbergs managing partner Henry Blumberg was legal counsel to the Ontario Mortgage Brokers Association and the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders. Currently, Blumberg Segal LLP is counsel to the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Foundation. Henry Blumberg has lectured at Seneca College on the Mortgage Broker's legislation and related subjects and and has also lectured on the law component of the certification course for mortgage brokers from 1986 to approximately 1996.
