Lynn Gluckman is a lawyer at Blumberg Segal LLP and works exclusively in the areas of Non-Profit and Charity Law, representing clients in their dealings with the Charities Directorate of the Canada Revenue Agency.  She provides strategic advice to a wide range of organizations, working in Canada and abroad, on structuring and restructuring matters, corporate governance, compliance, cross-border and international relationships, gifting, endowment, and fundraising issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Lynn practiced corporate law with a major Bay Street law firm for several years. Her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds, and bank financing. She then went on to join the Knowledge Management Group of that firm where she was responsible for developing and managing legal content, practice resources, and current awareness for the corporate and banking groups.

Lynn obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1999 after completing a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1995. Lynn was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001 and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
